Ketchup replacer for use in recipes

6 oz can tomato paste
1/4 cup vinegar (I use apple cider vinegar)
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon dry mustard powder
1/8 teaspoon cloves
1/8 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/8 teaspoon allspice
3/4 teaspoon salt

Mix together sugar and spices. Add paste to this mixture. Add vinegar and water to achieve desired consistency (although I usually use it all).
